Our support is personal and our process is meticulous.

‍Elaine Byszewski used to live in Altadena with her husband and kids until their house burned down. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and spent her legal career fighting against big companies trying to take advantage of regular people.

Southern California Edison’s CEO acknowledges that “a leading hypothesis” is that one of its idle transmission lines ignited the Eaton Fire. Hopefully, SCE will be held to account in litigation. But that solution is not for everyone. Some Eaton Fire victims—including those whose homes did not burn down and have moved back in—have chosen not to sue and instead seek payment from SCE through its direct compensation program.

Elaine has joined forces with Lee Gordon, a fellow Harvard Law School graduate, to help those deserving of direct compensation from SCE to get it.
